Very attentive, helpful and courteous staff

We could not control the temperature of the room and they could use better quality in their bath towels.

It was centrally located and easy to get around to nearby sites. The staff were lovely. The pool was much needed as it was very hot when i was there.

The church bells nearby were annoying at all hours of the morning and night.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, offering assistance with car rental, providing information about tours and excursions, and arranging transfers to the airport. The terrace at the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, offering stunning views of the surrounding area. We enjoyed spending quality time together as a family, admiring the beautiful scenery and taking memorable photos.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a dedicated play area for children.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel like part of the family. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. We loved the pool, which was a great size and our kids had a blast swimming with other children. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel also offered a wide range of amenities, including room service, car hire, and 24-hour reception. We couldn't recommend this place enough!

The hotel is situated in a charming area just outside of a bustling city. It is close to the railway station and the port which is worth a visit. The rooms are tidy and the pool is well-maintained. Breakfast is great and the staff is polite and helpful. You will definitely enjoy the clean bathroom and cozy rooms with a comfortable bed. You'll appreciate having a fridge in the room and a variety of food options available at breakfast.

The hotel could certainly improve their wifi connection for guests.

The hotel is described as a 4-star hotel which is a joke. This hotel have maximum 2 + stars. The pictures are old and do not show reality. The elevator is awful and looks like a staffelevator. There are information taped up on ordinary stationpaper, looks very shabby and not classy. The breakast is poor, only one breadtype, only cheese, ham and jam, no hot food at all, not even boiled eggs until after 7 days (we stayed 11 nights). We were very disapointed as we wanted and looked for a 4-star hotel. The guests can not even run their own AC from the room and we had to beg 3 times to get it running all night, which should be obvious in a 4-star hotel in a country with 30 degrees at night!!!

The hotel stuff was very kind and helpful. It is near to the public transport. The room is also clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was good, but every day the same until one week. Not every guest can use the sunbeds (only for phisycal therapy). It takes about 30 min.or more to go to Sorrento centre on foot.

The hotel had a really nice outdoor pool, with great seating and tables to unwind. , the staff was super friendly and always arranged everything orderly, making the stay even more enjoyable. there were distant sea views which added a touch of relaxation to the experience.

Getting to the location was a bit challenging and time-consuming. , the food was a bit too samey, and that took away enjoyment from the otherwise pleasant stay.

although the website told, internet free, it is not free. breakfast is 7-9am, so even in the holiday u need to get up on time to catch some food

the staff at this hotel were incredible! the location was perfect and the pool was great for the kids. overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations during our stay in piano di sorrento.

Everything was very satisfactory except for the inability to control the air-conditioning from my room. It was uncomfortable, reaching 80 degree F at times.

The staff at Hotel Albatros were so welcoming and helpful, it almost made up for the lack of amenities like a meeting room or plug sockets in the room. The pool was nice, but I did enjoy watching all the teenagers splashing around.

Who needs a meeting room or plug sockets when you have teenagers screaming and yelling all day? It was truly a joy to be serenaded by their delightful voices.
